Common questions
Do I need a new CRM, or can you work with what I have?
Usually what you have is fine — the problem is that nothing talks to it. We integrate first and only recommend switching when your current tool genuinely can't do the job. If a migration is needed, we move the data carefully and train your team before cutover.
What kinds of automations are typical?
The greatest hits: new leads created in the CRM from every form, call, and booking automatically; follow-up sequences that fire on schedule; invoices generated from completed jobs; and daily summaries so owners see the whole business in one place. We start with whatever removes the most manual work per week.
What if one of my tools has no integration?
Most modern tools expose an API even when there's no official integration — we build the connector. For the rare tool that's truly closed, we either work around it with exports or flag it as the weak link worth replacing. You get a straight answer either way.
